02
Do I need to enter payment details to start the trial?
Yes, a valid payment method and your personal details are required to activate your $1 Trial. This is standard practice for subscription services and ensures a seamless transition if you choose to continue at the conclusion of your trial period. Your card will be billed once the trial ends provided you have not cancelled. The amount depends on which Plan you chose when subscribing.
03
Can I access everything during the 30 Day Trial?
Yes. You will be given full access to all features on offer throughout the 30 Day Trial period.
04
What subscription plans does Jig Racing offer?
Jig Racing offers three subscription plans. The Weekly Plan is $9.99 per week, the Monthly Plan is $29.99 per month (equivalent to around 99 cents per day), and the 3 Month Plan is $79.99 per quarter (equivalent to around 88 cents per day). All plans receive the same features, however the longer the plan, the better the value.
05
Is there a minimum commitment period?
No. There is no lock-in contract or minimum commitment on any Jig Racing plan. You are free to cancel at any time. If you are on a weekly plan, your access continues until the end of the current week. Monthly and 3-month plans continue until the end of the current billing period.

07
When will I be billed after my trial ends?
Your first payment is taken automatically on the day that your 30 Day Trial ends. From that point your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing cycle — weekly, monthly, or every 3 months depending on the plan you chose. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal so you are never caught off guard.
08
Can I upgrade or change my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or switch plans at any time through your member account dashboard. If you upgrade mid-cycle the difference will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
09
How do I cancel my Jig Racing subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Member Dashboard by clicking on SUBSCRIPTIONS. Once cancelled, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. We cannot cancel your Subscription for you, this is something only you can do.
10
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Jig Racing offers a 30 Day Trial for the cost of $1, specifically so you can try the service before committing. If you cancel within the trial period you will not incur any further charges. Once a billing cycle has been paid, refunds are not available for that period as full access to tips and content has already been provided.
11
How often are new tips and race previews published?
Tips are published randomly. Jig Racing does not tip every race at every meeting — we only release previews and selections for carefully chosen races where we have genuine confidence in a positive result. You will receive an SMS notification the moment a new tip is published so you never miss a selection.
There is the odd day that there will be no Tips released, however most days you will receive several notifications asking you to check-in.

14
What is the Jig Racing Blackbook?
The Blackbook is a tracking system that lets you follow specific horses across the season. When Josh identifies a horse worth watching — one that may have been unlucky in a run, shown exceptional trial form, or is being placed carefully by its trainer — it gets added to the Blackbook.
You can save any of these horses to your Favourites for future reference. You can also add any of your own horses to personalise this feature.
